What is the Bulk Editor?

The Bulk Editor is a tool that allows you to apply schema markup (Article, BlogPosting, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage, LocalBusiness, NewsArticle, Organization, WebSite, WebPage) to dozens of pages in a few clicks. By selecting a group of pages or articles, you are able to update hundreds of pages per minute.

Why is this important?

We feel that this is important because of the amount of time it helps save. Going into each article individually and manually writing out a JSON object to place into the head of the page is time consuming and not necessary.

How it works

We look for content that is accessible on your page and the page data that HubSpot provides us. For example, title, meta description, url, etc are provided by HubSpot. For the fields that are not provided by HubSpot, we’ve included a Defaults page where you are able to set things like your address and your default article author so that when you do use this tool, it will pull from those fields if they are available.
